Little wiring hack, which is bad because I know exactly **** about wiring.


Ok, so if you know anything about wiring, I need some help.

1. Are the wires to the MAF sensor current sensitive, where they don't like a butt-connector and won't read right? They're 6 feet long, and I'd like to shorten them. Are any of them current sensitive?

2. I'm only using 3 wires from the body fuse panel, can I lose the box and just use 3 in-line fuses?

3. Does the 4.0 require signal from the fuel pump and sending unit to run?
