Apparently theres a huge following for these little things.. I'd never get into it like these guys, but one might be cool to play with..

Drew in the little cherokee has one that looks like a Bronco. Lets just say it is bad for a RC car.

I have one...check it out on my Mugmug page....4 wheel steer and all.

I had a guy build it for me......cost $1000

Way too much money for what I get out of it and it breaks a lot. I took it to my local Nitro guys and they could not figure it out.

I would like to get one that is more reliable....

I agree on it's just kinda throwing your money away... But, i spend more than what one would cost on titties and beer anyway..
Looks like a pretty nice all inclusive kit can be bought for around $500. Body and tires included..

They are badass for sure, I had one of the Tmaxx gas powered trucks, and it would run like 50MPH, however it didn't fair to well when you hit the curb going that fast.

Got a bunch of friends w/ the fass ass gass burners...
I've seen a pattern.
Spend $
Wide open
Break
Spend $
Fix
Wide open
Break
Then Repeat until sell..
Total of 7 mins of play time

def. fun while they last though.. Thought the crawlers may be a little more dependable.
Guys are even casting their own tires to mimick Krawlers, boggers, tsl's ...

Local guy up here has been going all over the country to RC Crawler Comps. and winning. He selling a bunch of his own designed parts now and doing pretty good I guess.
