ok this is on my 88 4runner.
i just got the tg classic rear kit.i want to get this on before i leave to the rocks next weekend,otherwise i still got :rb: blocks in the rear.
they suggest to move the forward spring hanger 6" forward eye to eye,and the rear shackle hanger back 2".
my problem is i have cut the back part of my frame off already.this was the very rear section that wasnt boxed in. i cut this off right at the stock shackle hanger. heres a couple pics.
ive seen shackles mounted on the very rear. like if i was to just mount them on the 2x4 across the rear. now would this be a problem? seems like they would be the very rear thing,and take some hits.
any ideas suggestions,or pics of what you have done,would be appreciated.
