yeah, the report said millen was back again for it. wow.
also, the mx jump after it should be cool. guy that did 330 last year is doing a 120' step up onto a 95' tall tower, then dropping like 60 back down the other side straight drop in air to a landing ramp. :o

I would like to see the waiver he signs  . I am not a drinker of Red Bull but now I see why it cost so much. A guy at work drinks 4 of them a day... :dunno:

I can't wait to see this

Who actually thinks he can do it? Do you actually practice that type of jump or just hope to land it?

He practices into Card Board boxes. There is a thread on Pirate from last years attemps.

yeah I seen the final attempt where he over shot the jump. ouch . Just wondering how many times a truck could do that before being rebuilt. I hope he makes it, just think about what he will do next!

So I understand this correctly. He is going to try to do this and what flat land it or will the New Years attempt be onto a "landing ramp" and no cardboard boxes ?? :dunno:

I hear that Dustin Webster is going to actualy drive it this year. He's going to land fakie on a vert ramp.

Same plan as last year paul, they practice on the boxes to get the rotation correct then put the landing ramp in place for the event. Last year the kickdown on the ramp malfunctioned during the practice. He didnt' really "overshoot" as much as the trigger fawked up a little and landed him directly on his ass. To answer your question, its a ramp to ramp.
