Rode my fisrt Harley last night

GF's brother has an 05, 1200 Sportster, drag pipes, forward controls, etc. and loves to ride my Duke and I was over for a BBQ yesterday soooooo.

I gotta say I really liked it. Comfortable for around town, good motor, not near as vibby as I thought it'd be. Decent power too. Found myself putting my feet where "pegs should be" a lot is all laughing1

They are one of the only small harleys that look good

I have told myself I'd never get one, cause always thought they were gat.... BUT... after being around em more and sittin on them... they are pretty damn nice and comfy. Would be a cool way to see the country for sure.

You will still get in trouble on them. My Sportster loves to carry the front tire and my Road King loves to spin the rear.

I dont even know what to call it other than badass ! I love those things.

what did you think about that "nightster" cod frey had for sale at the poker run on the river? 800 miles '07 model. loved the blacked out look, especially the black rims w/ chrome spokes drool drool drool. $8500.00 :-*
