runner runs bad

i have a 86 runner 22re 5sp

its been slughish since i have had it but now it wont hardly idleas well when i hold the throttle wide open it just sits in like a bog state, if i bearly open the throttle it will rev some.

i have good spark,i believe good fuel(changed filter cause i had one)and the air filter is good.
im kinda thinking that MAF went bad,but it ran fine and i shut it off and strated it again and it ran like crap

Does your check engine light stay on?

Cloged cat......also pull the vacuum line off of the carcoal canister on the passanger side of the firewall and plug it and see if that helps. I have had a few fill up and it sucks gas into the vacuum system and makes them run like Shat.

heres what i did at 260k miles and all the rattling in the motor i thought id check timming chain,well guess what it had a broken guide.

ill let you know if that does it
