s-10 carrier break?

what is the gear ratio break on s-10 rears? i have 4.10s now and am going to 4.56s, jsut wondering if i can just use a stock 3.73 geared carrier to put a mini spool and 4.56s on???

3.08 down is #2 series and 3.23 up is #3 carrier. All motive gears are #3 series.

and

2 series for 2.XX gears and 3.XX up to 3.08, and 3 series for 3.23 up to 4.10.

ya it was one of those "fancy" gov. locker styles too, not a truely open spider gear style
