I'm with whoever said it in the other thread...or maybe it was facebook. Once you get this rig up and running you'll park that jeep in the back 40 and only see it once a year or so to make it feel better.As far as suspension goes...we've had this conversation. I know you're trying to do it on the cheap but I would seriously consider going full hydro and 4 linking it. Zukimasters works well...but is on coils...and is of course a radius arm. Setting yours up for what it'll be used for will be much easier with a 4 link. Just my .02As far as yotas go...you're over thinking it. One of the best parts about a yota is you can weld whatever you want wherever you want (except the 3rd member and knuckles of course) compared to a Dana axle. Seriously...you won't believe the difference in how easy this rig will make things compared to your jeep. You'll have to burn a few red and fuzzies (kush should understand this) down just to slow things down to jeep perspective on the trail...lol
