Absolutely, building a pack is the way I have always done it. I have yet to find an affordable aftermarket spring pack that suites my needs and wants. I used to runranger/broncoII rears in the back of my rig. I swapped them out for 52" chevies beings I'm inboarded out back they work great. Whats funny is you can swap a set of springs out of a full size rig that rides like a brick into a mini and they are butter soft... Goofy crap I tell ya. :wtf:Oh and if you go with ranger springs grab a second set or some that are long enough to make a second leaf out or. The second leaf is about 6" from the rear end of the springs and if you don't put a leaf in there that goes to teh eye you WILL bend a main. Yes I've been down that road... Also check out typical mid/late 60-early 70's nova/caddy eldorado/camaro etc rear springs. I can't remember the length off the top of my head but they kicked ASS in the back of a buddies truck...
