What brands to stay away from, etc... Looking in the 26-28ft bumper pull range.

Contrary to what you may have been lead to believe, they WILL NOT make your penis any longer.

I got nothing more to add. :flipoff1:

I am looking also, but I think 22' is as long as I can go and stay unter the 65' legal limit.

Lookiong for something like this:

I guess you talking about pulling behind the motor home John?

I am looking at that length because I would like the option of pulling two rigs on trips to help out on fuel. With racing I do not need one that long. I also want to get air in it so I can sleep in it on trips as well.

How long is that buggy? 12-13' plus spares, and a workbench area.....

I fit everything I needed to race on that 18' with a racer box on the front, it was tight. I thought a 24' enclosed with the "L" shaped cabinets (workbench) at the front would be perfect if not a hair too long.

If go 28' you could fit two buggys, and no workbench space???

The big stupid trailer I got is because I have some gradious plan that the wife and kid/kids will actually go with me.......

For brands.
ATC is one of the best. Featherlites are badass, but you'll more than likely have to find your own conversion company if you want the inside blinged out.
Haulmarks are pretty good. From my days of looking I never came across a Wells Cargo that wasnt a huge POS.

Ebay
Racing Junk
Craigslist

EDIT: HAHA John posting the ATC trailer. They are pimp nice, and all alum. loller.gif

* People all over the Southeast sitting at there desk staring at thier computer with there head cocked like a confused puppy *

Wish two would fit in a stacker. But no matter how I slice it, they just won't fit. Stackers are cool. And P, stackers do add 1/2".

Damn, he was hoping it would cause Nolen told him it made his longer. :flipoff1: You are going to race XRRA, so don't worry about pulling two rigs as you will not trail ride anymore :flipoff1:

I would like to have a bumper pull, single buggy enclosed to haul mine. When you get into bigger trailers storage becomes a nightmare unless you have a storage unit or lots of land. But it still sucks if your trailer is not at your house. PITA for me in the past.

agreed trail riding is so early 2000's
You'll spend all weekends not racing repairing, and getting ready for next race

what low mileage, and only driven on Saturdays isnt good for resale? **** now ya tell me.... molaugh

I have a 20' Homesteader and it is a O.K. trailer. It has a little bench in the front on 1 one side and still plenty of room to get a buggy in. Had Kim (and Droopy's) buggy in there for Harlan. Look athe axles. Mine has KO- something axles in it. I would rather ahave the Dexters. Also look at axle cap. Mine is rated to haul 3900# which is OK but would like the camfort level of a higher rated trailer. Door height is something else, for your moon buggy no but if you plan to haul buddies junk it is. Mine is right at 6' have to suck down on the bumps hard to get there buggy in there.

Best bet is to get a smaller trailer for you and let your buddies worry about how to get there junk there.

AC can be had new for about $400. Mine is a 13.5K unit and it will run you out, cant stand it it get so cold.

Pace is a nice ass trailer.
