I bought the stuff and did it myself from TWF. piece of cake. just make sure you take the time, cut the old rings properly, set up the new centers best you can. I have never felt the need to have them balanced or machined and i've been running them for about a year.As far as inserts try to find the wheels with the rubber they worked great, I cut down the Mohawk with a porta band very easily and the sides were trimmed to fit the larger bead of a 42'' TSL. You will want to use a ratchet strap to get the insert into the wheel. Also spend the money to get the new valve stem 90's
