Pretty much.Pick a line, cut, weld a new 'rocker' in, then weld up something to take up the gap.Seen a couple done. Some small, some not so small. Personally I think the big boat side look dumb unless done REALLY well.Bring the rockers up to the floor it flat (especially if the rockers are rusted to hell) and leave it at that.
