will my dad who has not done metal work since shop in high school and i, who quit matal working about 3 months ago, are setting up a shop so we can work on our trucks!!!

its in his townhouse garage, so eveything is mini scale, 110V outlet:(

so we got a lil clarke arc welder and a torch kit with regulaters and tips, and when we need to cut we will rent the bottles for the weekend.

i think this isnt that big of a deal for most of u but im :cheer:

once i move to spokane at the end of summer then i can make a real shop:P

if you only have 110 I would buy a lincolin weldpack welder they are 110 welders and use gas and you can buy them new for around $400 I am not a lincolin fan but it is a good welder for the price

i set it up today, and it runs good for alil cheap thang, but i can only use 1/16 rod. and run it for short periods of time. with prehead and full power i can do 3/8th

:D
