Here is a link to our Member Services page http://www.sfwda.com/members/ where you can get the membership application. All you have to do is have each member fill out a membership application and send them along with a check for $30.00 for each member to me at the address on the form. Or you can send me an Excel file or hardcopy listing your club members and the information required on our membership form. Please have the club name on the membership applications or list. Also please include your club information, such as club officers, club address and your club website, if you have one.
