Are we doing the mandatory membership on this again this year ? I havent heard anyone mention this as last year with the Tellico drama it was a hot topic for us. I dont know were Tellico stands, personally I havent followed it.

I wanted to get everyone's input and see what the concensus is on the matter.

I think this should be mandatory to be in the club. We need to handle this in a better way to insure all our members actually join.

Also, I know its very doubtful but they have a leadership committee meeting in Feb during Feb Frenzy and if anyone is interested in representing us as a club and hearing what the 09 SWFDA plan's are the meeting is as follow's

The leadership meeting will be February 7, 2009 at 1000 AM EST. The meeting will be held at the Fairfield Marriott, 1453 N.Mack Smith Rd, East Ridge, TN (south side of Chattanooga). Directions- I-75 exit 1, turn west on Hwy 41, turn right at first traffic light, Marriott will be on your left.

Jamie, hit there website up for fee's and due's Just be certain to put in your affiliation Hardline Crawlers , they have us on record.

For that matter we all need to get on this. We mandated a "by this time period" SFWDA membership last year. I think we should all take responsibility and make this happen ASAP . Thanks YO !

I know I am more in the loop than anything but was planning on joining and putting Hardline Crawler as my affiliate is that a problem, or do I need to be :ban:

We all need to be proactive and get this done. Im guilty Matt's guilty **** we are all guilty. But yes we do need to ALL send in individual payment to SFWDA and be certain you put Hardline Crawler's as your club affiliation !

this was discussed at the meeting tonight ( 2/3/09 ) and has been in the past a requirement per the club .

Thanks guys. Lets try to be sure we have this knocked out by the end of the month i think that's plenty of time. :dblthumb:

Why don't we have everybody bring there check to the next meeting and we can fill out the forms there and send them all together. That way we can hold each other accountable and make sure it happens.
