shackle bushing material

12"-24" of 2x.25" tube or 1.75x.25" (shackle bushing material)

I am looking for a small chunk to make to rear shackle bushing hangers from... I can't remember what size is correct to use a 9/16" bolt or what bushings to use inside:redneck: But they'll be 2.5" wide (for a 3" shackle width) what do you guys have in the scrap pile for me to play with???

I copied this from the wanted section in hopes of some suggestions for doing this, or some one has some material they would be willing to part with for some cash/beer...:eeek:

Bushing dimensions please. Inner sleave? Bolt size? Those sound possibly good for motor mounts and the like.

If you want to order some these are the best deal i found when i got mine last year. suidecidedoors.com bushing and sleeve its a lowrider site but they have some cool stuff.

Ill grab the part number when I head to the shop tonight, im using them for everything now, its nice they also fit in 2" .250 wall

Damn! Someone knows the "secret site". They have some cool stuff for building OBA systems pretty decent priced too.
