Does any one make a dirt track style shifter that's cable operated? The only ones I can find use a shift rod and the way my console is made the rod style won't work. ??? Thanks in advance
I was hoping maybe someone has converted one to a cable shifter and would post a picture of it. The way my luck goes by the time I buy parts and try to make one and screw them up I'll have spent twice the money it would of cost to buy a good shifter. I just like the looks of dirt track style.Rockwells607 said:I don't think anyone sells one particularly for this but I see no reason why you couldn't modifie a cable used for tcase shifters on a dirt track shifter, northwest fab sells cables and some other companies

Or a generic control cable from an industrial supply place like Midwest control.
Just get one the length you need and a cheap dirt track handle
