How in the heck can I tell what shocks I have to order new caps for kyles? The body is a tag wider than the HPI shocks I am running (5" long). The problem with his there are no swivel ends in the cap--just a straight hole and I have a list of items to order...

Crash - If you can post a good pic of the shock you are trying to ID, somebody on here may recognize it. They generally don't have any identifying markings.

Mike, get some Rc nitro fuel line and use that to sleeve over the screw, bingo, you have a rubber bushing. :D

I run mine like that, if you want new shocks, go with Duratrax part # DTXC9004. They are a adjustable aluminum bodied shock and then get some Duratrax white springs for the front and Losi greens for the rear. Run 50 weight in the rear left 35 right rear and 35 in the front.

I am changing my comp rig to that set up and going to run the nice Maxx shocks I have on a scaler and a rock racer.
