Last couple places of mine were 24x30 detached or oversized 2 or 3 car garages, 8' ceilings. I had 10-12 4' flourecents in there and a 220V for the welder and assorted 110 outlets. I LOVE light everywhere in the garage. I never built new, so I delt with what was there or added a few where possible.Hell my 1 car garage now has 4 4' Flourecents and it lights up everything great. White concrete block walls are a huge plus.pegboard IMO is a HUGE plus also. White walls are great. In your welding/chop saw area where most of the metal work will be done, I'd put corrugated metal on the walls to keep the drywall from looking like crap over time. Hell maybe even those plastic shop doors to divide it off to keep the crap in that area if needed down the road??You seem real organized and tiddy, so storage, etc. is moot, you have that nailed.NICE looking place guys, real happy for ya
