I agree, take off the shocks and retest. I have the All-Pro 4" springs up front (longer) with Trail-Gear 4" 56"s out back. I have always cared more about downtravel than uptravel, anyway. But, looking at your photos, you do not have near enough travel for what is on your rig. My Trail-Gears broke in WAY before my fronts... I am still waiting for that. 3k and several wheeling trips, including Naches and Liberty, and the frontend is still stiff, while the rearend sits about 1" lower and softer... I can say, though, that I have not let my frontend get too overarched yet, as I have bumpstops up front that limit this. I plan to remove them and do a hard run up the basin!
