Thinking about planning a trip to Smith Lake. Have never been so I do not know where to stay and where not to stay. When are the best times to go and when are the times to avoid. Will be looking for something that sleeps 7-8. Would prefer to stay on or very near the water. Also looking for a possible boat rental, pontoon rental. So what advice you all got?
