I have mixed emotions, I have worked lazy one's that I took back and traded for better ones. I only work the young fit mexis they work harder. I have also found that shorter mexis are better for digging. If you ask a mexi if he knows how to do something they always say yes. Alot of the time they don't know what their agreeing to. They only fuss about what they made that day when you get them home. If they argue with me before they get home they have to get out of the truck at the next stop. Sometimes when I pull in to the pickup place they want come over to my truck. Some think a water line is a root and cut it in half. Their scared of the chuppacabra. They like to cook goat in a metal galvanized wash tub. Don't ask what your eatin in the burrito they give you at lunch. They don't know how to work a fishing rod. Most can't hold their alchohol as well as they think. Most have a smell and you have to ride with the window down or atleast cracked. I think the smell comes mostly from the food they eat. They don't know that you can't poor cooking grease down the sink(clogs the hell out of your septic line). They can lay sod dig holes and spread straw like no other group of workers out there. I have had some pretty talented workers work for me, some have been like brothers and others have threatened me. I have had a professional soccer player that worked with me for about five years , he could kick a football with both feet and put it any where he wanted to. I have had army guys, police guys, 100% cowboys, people smugglers and gun smugglers work for me over the years. I have switch more toward guatamalans they work harder and fuss less. All in all they are just like us but with the language barrier. I think most of the guys here are great guys . I have noticed that alot of younger cockier guys are starting to show up .Thier basicly thugs if you ask me. Oh if you need alittle action you can get hooked up for about $15. But be very careful alot of these girls are very young.
