well, i can tell you that after reading the title, i knew exactly what he was tlaking about ....
the twin sequential turbos are a PITA....especially in a TT rotary that gets hot as hell....under the UIM, upper intake manifold, there is the 'rats' nest that he is referring to.....basically its like having to deal with medusa's hair and her overall being....it sux...there are a total of 10 solenoids, 64 different vacuum lines-most of which are less than about 4" long, and about 4 different sensors with gaskets and fittings....
it sux....period....and in a nutshell, with about 4-5 hours time, a couple 1w 100ohm resistors and a tack weld, you can eliminate ALL of that **** and gain about 15 HP and a littl more low end torque......
guess which route i took...2 times......yup fawk a rats nest...i feel that guys pain.....
