So I removed the plug I was using. Placed a 1/8th NPT Tap into the hole and threaded it ALL the way down with no 'tightening' effect. So i concluded it had to me metric. Purchased a M10-1.0 bolt used automotive grade thread sealant and started it. It 'tightened' up about 8 threads in and I tightened fully.... Idle: No leak... Drive down the road: Leak (Sigh) Came back to the shop removed M10 bolt (cursed) and tried a Steel 1/8th NPT fitting that fit 'better' than the brass components previously used. Applied copious amounts of thread sealant and 'tightened' it up.... Drove 'carefully' to the gas station and checked the 'situation'...a little oil but certainly no 'spraying' as noticed in the video. Drove home and this time wasn't as careful with the accelerator. More oil when I got home but none that was sprayed.

Plan for tomorrow is to take 2" steel 1/8th NPT out that's currently in there and will clean and apply JB Weld to area. Will still have plug on top for access to oil pressure but need to seal it up. If after that there is still a leak I will break out the camera or just replace intake gasket thus valley seal again....

When you say a leak still, is it running down the back of the motor or just wet? You can get oil to puddle around the rear gms sealant due to valley affect you get when the sealant squeezes between the intake and block

By leak still I mean that when I checked after the gas station run I noticed a little bit of oil on top of the plug for the 2" nipple as well as little splatters in and around the stem. Also, when I got home there were just more spots of extra oil. So in summary the oil is on top of the intake manifold, nipple etc etc...

I just don't know what to do next, where to go etc....
