Whats a good rule of thumb for figuring out spring rates?

Acutally weighing the front and rear of the rig is best. each corner is better.

Thing is, my CJ isnt running at the moment and its not all together. What is everyone else running for coils on a CJ with a AMC V8? :redneck:
