it sounds like a bunch of squirrels in the back of my jeep with the new air shocks....is there anything i can put on the shaft such as a lube? get your mind outa the gutter on that one. I thought about spraying some of that white lithium grease on them but didnt know if it would hurt anything internally? wow this thread might get some bad conversations goin molaugh

seals are probably just dry. put some shock oil on the shock shaft and cycle the shocks, it should quiet it down

where can i get shock oil? totally new to air shocks....also i have a busted bilstein 7100 series front shock...is it simple to rebuild these or would it be better just to get new one?

Brandon - I am sure Longshore or Universal will carry shock oil for dirt bikes and such. I can pic some up for you this week if you want my office is 2 min from each store.

thanks josh i should be able to stop by longshore...i pass by it everyday.....just hate buying stuff from their overpriced a$$s

I would give Brian at Universal a call - 766-0831 - he has help me alot over the years with all kinds of stuff. Even sold a motor cycle for me at no charge last summer and got me more than I paid for it. he is a super guy. If you don't know where he is now it is just down the road from Staggs at the bottom of the hill. :dblthumb:

Depending on what is squeeking... My walker evens started making crazy noise in the joint areas.. Yes I used lithium greese and that fixed them up... Then i could here everything else making noise....
