My Dad always liked that truck too. He called them and got the paint code from the truck and painted his jeep the same color.

I LOVE that truck. My Dad had a 69 he bought in 70 or 71 that he just sold a few years back. It was a 3/4 ton 2WD and was FULL of issues, but had a lot of value to me. I wish I could have at least had dibs on it. I would have done something with it. laughing1

I wish he would say a %age or anything above x amount goes to charity. Hope its not just a gimmick to get a higher bit and then give 8K or something.

Awesome truck! And no matter how much money he gives to Operation Comfort those guys will be grateful! After having friends in the Wounded Warrior program I understand how important opportunities like this are to them. Its like giving a fat kid cake! I encourage anyone to get out to a Vet home or if you have the chance to get to one of the Wounded Warrior barracks to do so.
