stone mountain vacation??

Where are you comin from? Stone mountain is ok I guess. Depends on how far your traveling. I don't even know if the laser show is Goin on , I'm sure it is.. That would be a must if I was going. Having been so many times its hard for me to picture us driving a really long way.. But I'm sure for the first time it would be cool. ONLY if the laser show is going on. If not take meds cause the kids are gonna be miserable. It's cool to go up the mountain. U can walk or take this sketchy air train thing and think the whole way Ur gonna die. But one time on foot up that rock and I'll take that risk! Keep in mind that's one day kinda thing. You can do and see everything. There's a ton of things around that area to do Tho. take a day trip to Atlanta, go to varsity and eat. Unless there was a reason I wouldn't walk around atlanta at night.. ESP since U don't know the area. No one will mess with you unless U are a complete moron and go lookin for trouble. If that's Your thing it won't be hard to find. Haha. Kind of a rule of thumb I use in or really close to atlanta is..
1. If there's bars on every dam window in site, that's Prob not the best place for you to be ..
2. If u are at, say a gas station, do a 360 and look at Every person U can see, if they are all black,(one white crack head don't count) quickly get in car, lock doors and haul ass. :****:
Those 2 things will keep u out of the bad areas.

The park itself isn't bad. The city itself is very dark :****:
cool place to go and the light show is cool there is a fun park for the children to play at you can ride the ducks [mid 40's military vehicles that they drive into the lake] which is a lot of fun also and our driver let each child take a turn at driving while in the water the carvings in the rock are impressive along with some of the history and facts about it looking forward to going back myself you can youtube a lot of this as I am sure you have done also there is a golf course if that is for u

Park isnt bad, but if you plan on staying down there drive north about an hour to spend the night. We took our daughters down there a few years back, we stayed at a Holiday Inn . The kids wanted to swim in the pool after we got back at to the hotel after dark. Even though I had my Glock I felt uneasy about being out there .
Ride the Duck. Kids will love it...
