What company's are out there that make complete kits to make a dirtbike street legal? Lights/signals/wiring/wheel and tire combos

I bought the wiring, blinkers, switches from these guys in Oregon. It was cheaper than everywhere else. I got a Polisport headlight and a Trail Tech stator & battery from Rocky Mountain as it was cheapest from them.
