Why you missing it?
To be quite honest tired of going over there. Plus tomorrow is my son's third birthday party. I am going to the Bristol fall night race and may go to one more somewhere else. I love Talladega and will probably go back again, but for now I am burned out. It is not as much fun as it used to be.

Hey, I wont mind goin to Talladega and getting my groove on...:D
You would stand out even more than the 5 ninjas I have seen there in all my years of going. :flipoff1:

Stopped going to spring race so we could go to a different track each year. Always go in the Fall alot of fun if you can stay out of trouble but it is alot of fun usually before you get in trouble. :drinkers:
Note: took Jeep one time and will never do that again. Me and two other buddies got in alot of trouble with the wife's. It is amazing at the attention a rockcrawler gets at night with the rock lights on . pepper.gif pepper.gif pepper.gif pepper.gif :drinkers: :drinkers: :drinkers: :drinkers:

I will be missing this one. Would have been my 7th dega in a row. The racing in the fall sucked, and the cops are getting bad (they had road blocks in the fall) I went to daytona this year, so its hard to top that. I will be watching it on TV, where I can see all four turns, and have the A/C on drinking beer as I please. Also be at charlotte in a few weeks and Bristol in August. I guess I got tired of Dega, so I am taking a break for a while.

Charlotte and Bristol are great track's. Been to both several times and they are alot lower key than Dega. Depending on where you sit you I would carry ear plugs for both these tracks.

Yea, Bristol is my favorite, first place I went because its only 45 miles from my house when I am not at school. I always go to charlotte, seems someone usually asks me to go, so its free. Back in the day there were like 6 tracks within a few hours of my house in NC, but they took away rockinham, and North Wilkesboro, but what can you do. I will have to say if you ever get a chance to go to Darlington SC it is cool. tickets are all like 45-50 bucks and you sit on bleachers, its pretty old school.

Missed my chance o go to the last race at Rockinham. My duddies went and I always regret not getting to go. Darlington is on the list in the next couple of years.

Would like to get tickets to the fall Bristol race, but man their impossible to get or too expensive to buy from a broker.

Ya, better pay the big bucks or start looking over a year in advance. I am lucky to have family involved so I usually have pit passes, I have only actually sat at the stands in bristol once.

They say all the seats at Bristol are good, is this really true?

Ya, I mean its so small, you can see everything. I really woundnt want to be in the really high ones, because you can see from the lower seats really good.
