if you have winaldl you have it made.

 

Look at the map sensor readings too. remember that the map sensor is the difference between atmospheric pressure and manifold vacuum.

 

I would run rich if you had a bad intake valve. It would be pushing compression back into the intake, lowering manifold vacuum thinking it was under load the map signal would enrichen it.

 

Also, if your motor has a bit of blowby, the lower section of the TBi unit will fill with carbon and choke off the signal to the map. Pull the hose off the map and make sure you have a real good vacuum signal. Not a bad idea to clean the tbi unit by spraying carb cleaner into the hose leading to the tbi unit.
