Homeowner's Association wrote a nasty letter finally.... Shoooot it doesn't say no rock buggy building in the drive way :flipoff1:

I guess you could say we had it comin! LOL. Owell. Damn Johnson County and the stupid HOA's!! :flipper:

HAHAHAHA, na nanny boo boo, I told you so.

:flipoff1: :flipoff1: :flipoff1: :flipoff1: :flipoff1: :flipoff1: :flipoff1:

You'll like this one then. Last Friday, I bought my new trailer. It sat in front of my house hooked to my truck for about an hour (5-6pm). Then was backed into my drive where I loaded my Riviera (done by 6:30pm). Then it sat until 7:15am Saturday morning hooked to my truck loaded, at which point I drove to Austin. Its never been back to my house.
Yesterday got a letter from the HOA about the trailer being parked in front of my house, and notification of the movement every 48 hours. there letter stated that they had been getting complaints for a week.
Lets just say I ripped some serious ass this morning. I have a Bill of Sale saying I didn't own the trailer before Friday, and a reciept that says 3:38pm on it.
#1 I am pissed at my HOA, for not investigating complaints before firing off letters. And even better there is no way to keep that letter out of the file. They have no way to dispute the claims. I am seeing red about this right now.
#2 I may burn my neighbors house down.

Move your asses to Alabbbbbbbbbbaaaaaaaaammmmmmmmaaaaaaaaa it is a law that you have to have a surtain number of **** just sitting around........
At least one that doesnt run.
One that doesnt have tires and wheels on it.
One trailer sitting where ever you prefer.
A boat ....with no trailer ..unless is on the flat bed trailer that sets where ever you prefer.
And last but not least you have to have a cherry picker sitting on the fron t porch.

When we was looking at houses a few months back I had to say no to several houses I really liked due to that ****. My wife was all for it cause she hates my trailer being in the yard. When we found the house we baught I pulled the Realtor to the side and said get me a copy of the restrictions. He called back the next day and said there is none. Needless to say wife tryed to say I could not park triailer at the house and I said oh yes I can and will be building a Garage in the near future. She got over it after she found out there was no restrictions. :spin:

yea, I got the same letter in my mail box. my truck was sitting on jackstands in the driveway for a month, since I was waiting on some parts to arrive. I just let it sit there....lol not like they will be able to tow it without damaging the truck or the driveway....fug em. even the neighbors I talked to were like WTF............

welcome to the club! :drinkers: :flipoff1:

i get complaints about my trailers all the time and they are way down in the back yard but i still have not moved them all they can do is put a lien on your house no big deal when you want to sell your house just move the trailers and they remove the lien
