Thoughts of selling the p/u to finance keeping the TJ and getting it right / building a buggy. DD / trail the TJ a bit , then once the buggy is done sell the TJ and use said money for a bigger tow rig.

Its all in theory of course... ;D

Your tow rig is fine considering you want to downsize your trail rig anyways. If you just spend some TLC with your truck/trailer situation you will be happy. Plus Sis gave you the truck

But next month Im car debt free... I got Ambo's stuff paid for, I could pick up a truck loan easy in say............. 7 months LOL then id have the TJ... the Buggy, The trailer isnt leaving , Ambers Blazer for her, plus she'd be right there at actually working agian and bringing home $$

you need to fix the turd and ride you will not be happy with the tj you are not a leaf looker. just wait till your wife starts to bring home the money and you can start the buggy.you need to sell the tj and make some money so you can fix the turd. jeeps are for girls( sorry matt)

Sell the TJ, keep the free truck till sis wants it back put some coin in the pocket and pay cash for said tow rig later. No debt on things you don't have to have is the way to go. Start building you buggy!!! I know you want to get back in the woods, but damn don't get to much debt out there. Remember you are thinking crazy again. Did all this happen when you hit your head?

I dont see were any debt at all was mentioned there slick guy... As far as "start building the buggy" goes. Nothing will happen on that until Miles P/U the Turd and either the TJ or the P/U is sold.

**** for all I know the buggy could never happen. If Miles changes his mind on the Turd I wont have a buggy anytime soon I assure you. :flipoff1:

P... if I were you I'd:

Fix the TJ and sell it for 9ish (or trade it for my ZJ ;D)
Keep the turd and pull ALL the parts from it and sell the frame and cab for scrap or for someone's truggy project
Build a basic front engine 2 seater chassis with all the parts from the turd

This posts make more sense than any other post on this subject :drinkers:

Starting from scratch is going to cost you a **** ton of money. You will have to start and stop to wait on parts and money over and over, you will be without a rig for 1-2 years easy. That is just the reality of it man. Turning the turd parts into a buggy is the only logical choice IMO
