Less parts? WTF did you do? Except to the discerning eye, they're identical (and the Quicklok is REALLY similar as well). And by all accounts, the metallurgy of the Aussie is more resistant to the shock-loading that kills lockers. I suspect that in a few years, people will be replacing them due to wear. But in my opinion, dealing with wear is better than brittle parts that self-destruct under load.
