Yeah, maybe a little. The first 2" or so of travel happens pretty easily and at that point it's not awkward to push. The alternative was to have it really close to the shifter when it's in low gear, which I use all the time. Also, I use the shifter in a hurry and I always have time when I do front digs (to be honest, I don't do them that much).Anyway, I'm pretty happy with the placement. Maybe someday I'll have a single seater with tons of room for stuff like that.
