Leave it on summertime setting.

I live not far from and wheel with some people in the central time zone (I'm in eastern zone) and it gets friggin' dark at like 4:30pm there during the shortest days of winter. Talk about depressing! :****:

Luckily I'm on the far western side of the eastern time zone. Summertime it doesn't get dark til 930 at its peak.

I often think about the distance between Far East and far west borders of time zones. As it's getting dark at my house, how long has it been dark at myrtle beach or anywhere else on the east coast. Then 30 minutes down the road it's an hour earlier than where I live. Just ****in weird. Damn adhd. My mind wanders.

I'm so ready to spring forward...So tired of going to work when its dark and getting off when it's dark. Makes me even lazier.

Hell yeah! I'm lookin forward to it being light out till 8pm so I can drink beer in the garage instead of outback by a burn barrel :woot:

Here in Michigan, it's been at or below 0* all month. I can't believe how nice 20* feels today :****:

Been below zero in northern Ohio all month too. I haven't had water in the back bathroom in over 2 weeks now. Dumbasses that added the room on, never bothered to insulate the crawl space, nor leave enough room to get underneath there to insulate it or get to the water lines.

In town by where I work, there's a lot of people with frozen pipes and no water. Water lines have been freezing between the main line at the road and the house. I know it sounds sketchy but we use a old miller bobcat engine driven welder. Dig a hole out by the road and hook the ground on the water line, then hook the positive lead to the other end of the line in the basement. Fire up the welder on low, turn on the sink and water for water :****:
