I know that everyone has already heard this but I have been at work and in my own shop too much lately to keep up with anything that's going on aroud the country. This is big for Obama!

Scary that in this day and age in the land of the free who's #1 enemy in the world is the Muslim nation that we would even consider electing a muslim leader. Might as well ask a pedifile to rent a room down the call from your kids bedrooms. Then go out of town and leave them in his care.

He's not Muslim.

FWIW, Barak Obama delivered a speech today in Philadelphia that's sure to wow people. So far I've only read the text but the speech itself was incredible. We haven't had a communicator like this since Reagan or JFK. I really like following politics and this race has been terrific for political junkies like me.

Here is the Phily speech exerpt:

Starts off denouncing and ends up almost defending.

Well he is definetly a good speaker. But here is something I have a problem with...I go to functions and hang out and do stuff with the people that I feel that I relate to the best. I don't want to accuse him for what Rev. Wright said but He does associate with him. He married Barak and his wife, and baptised his children. He even said that "He is like an Uncle to me." I am sure that he does believe in some of the things he says. I quit going to church because I couldn't relate to the people there and it also became to political, kind of a who's who type of deal. If he doesn't relate to all those people that were cheering and clapping he shouldn't be going to that church.
