im trying to decide what tires to run i want brand new in the 35 to 37 range with a 15 inch wheel im thinkin mtrs or maybe tsl radials my tuck well get driven on roads alot in the summer

IROK's won't last you long if your truck sees a lot of road miles.

x2. plus if your thinking about the old style mtr's they stopped making one so its going to be harde to replace one if you damage it.

as far as the iroks go i wouldnt care if i was drivin it on the road everyday they perform flawlessly with the right rig and psi, ive had mtr's, tsl's, boggers, bfg's and the iroks are by far the best! mtr's are a very good choice also as long as you dont get into some real sloppy mud.

I have set of 37" MTR's that I have been running for 5 years now. Still got a lot of tread on them, but I am going to SX's next. Just got the 31" LTB's for Her rig and those are great. But definitely swampers next for my rig.

What kind of probs did you have w/ 'em? I've been thinking about getting 'em for my Cruiser.

The Trxus is a great all around tire for the money. They are awesome in the snow, work great in the mud, drive decent, etc. They have slightly weak sidewalls, like any other radial mud terrain, but overall we've had very good luck with them.

Same thing I've heard. The only complaint I've seen is them blowing out when people are towing with a full size rig on them...

I would pick the TRXUS over the MTR.
I have had great luck with them.
One of the better (if not the best) for a DD/wheeler.

This is what I have seen and heard, I have only ran them on the rear of my race rig so that is the only way I have used them.
I like the bias swampers myself, but not always the right chioce for a rig that sees a lot of street time...:;

I can't get my Trxus to balance. I don't drive very far to work in the morning and the damn things flat spot worse than bias tsl's. They quit making the Bfg M/T in my size or these friggin tires would be for sale already.

Just out of curiosity, what size Trxus are you running that they don't make in a BFG M/T?
