TJ Rubicon wheel size

Hey does anyone know if 15" wheels clear TJ rubicon brakes? They come with 16" from the factory. Also what is a good backspace for 10" wide?
 
15s are no problem, I am running a 3 5/8 backspace, but on 8 wide....
