To sell or not to sell????

Ok guys, Heres the delima..

Time for an upgrade on the Taco... Gonna do tons, linked f/r on 42's

Now...
W/ my current setup I could sell my axles, suspension, tires and wheels, tranny and t-fer case.
Back half my frame, so i would end up only using my front clip, engine, piece of cab and cage....

OR.. I have a 2wd tacoma parts truck that has a low miles 2.7( same as in my truck) still in the frame, will start and move around the yard... Just no body or clip on the truck/ minus th firewall and engine compartment/core support..
W/ the same tranny and t-fer case i'm gonna need for the Ghey taco I could convert this one to 4wd, Do a new cage, making it look more like a buggy, and just sell the Ghey Taco as a whole... keeping my 03 front clip of coarse...

So... Hack up the Ghey taco and convert to links and tons's selling current setup..
OR.. Use running parts truck, make trugamabuggy, and sell Ghey taco whole????

What do you think???
Prolly only get about 2500 for Ghey taco parts, but was thinking about $7500 as a whole...

I'd keep the ghey taco. I think tha'd be the easiest/cheapest way.

The 2WD is not a 2.7 but a 2.4, but still accepts a W56, etc.

I'd build what you have, I think you will be time ahead and probably $$ also. What's your rig worth if you would sell it IF you could sell it? That's why I parted the Kubota, I made far more than if someone had cash for a clapped out runner.

Sell the drivetrain you need to and maybe part out the 2WD and you might be out of pocket minimal dollars. Damn I wish I still had my 2WD Taco, great truck and still simple.

No.. Sold the 250X so I have some funds...

The 2wd is a 2.7 because it was an 03 double cab.. But yea, think I'm just going to Keep the Taco and part out the stuff I won't need..
Then keep the parts truck for a low mile spare power plant when the taco motor blows it's load...

Looking at a set of 4:56 chevy tons, and the guy also has 16 2.5 johnnys he's wanting to sell.. Gonna try n work out a package deal.
Got tranny and t-fer case on the way, just need one more top shift yota case...

You know.. I gotta compensate for other areas....
Got a deal pending on a set of CUCV axles
Kingpin 60 front, FF14 bolt.. Both 4:56's w. factory Detroit in the rear... Prolly throw a lok-wrong in the front.. 35 spline outers and some Premies, hi-steer arms and call it done...
