actualy, the smarty brings the cali tune trucks up to normal output. so your looking at almost 100hp gain just programing it to stock with a smarty.... lol..
just 1 more reason to borrow that smarty! :awesomework:
Awesome.:haha:
Hey Im in the process of keeping this 06 6speed quad cab dodge, But I didnt know what to high of a egt was and My buddy freaked out when I told him what it got up to the other day on normal conditons..
It has a afe intake and a edge juice controller. Its set on level one right now for mileage but It will get to 1100 with no load just going up a hill in 6th gear. I was told to down shift to raise the rpms but I thought it was better to have lower rpm. Any ideas I dont wanna melt this motor down.
Awesome.
But anyways you can go start a new diesel thread and see what you can slip your self right into.:fawkdancesmiley:
I say keep it stock and use the funds you save to go to the Hammers in Feb.:fawkdancesmiley:
:rb:
smarty on a 12 valve?
can the jr do that?
:rb:
:stirpot::corn:
I had the FE in my last truck and wasnt impressed with the fit or performance of it! Hence why i wanna stay stock for the clutch
Alright, I lied, you need a tuner, you got beat by a Nissan for heaven's sake.:fawkdancesmiley:
Well, it has good manners. But damn I forgot how noisey these dual discs are. Not sure which way I'd go.. Looks like I will be looking seriously at Valairs as well. I just can't stand the noise of dual discs..
