im looking at getting a 95 4runner auto as a comuter. runs good ( as well as can be expected for a 3.slow) but it has an oil leak. entire front of the motors wet, but it " looks " like its dribbleing from crank seal. i havent had much chance to look at it yet. from the 3vz3 pics ive seen on the web it looks like theres just a cover over the timing belt, then the oil pump is behind it.
so i guess my q is: is this a comon leak? i know the valve cover is, but had not seen this mentioned.
does any one have any recomendations / tips / tricks on this repair?
