i have two different styles of trannys. the one that is in my truck currently is hooked to a front shift t-case. the other is hooked to a top shift. im wondering what tranny i should keep and what one i need to do dual cases in a few months. im not sure if i could use the front shift reduction box as my first t case and then hook one of my top shift cases as the second, or if i need to run both top shift cases. what would be the best set up and why. i want to get rid of the rest of my trannys and t- cases. i know that the top shift cases are both 21 spline but cant remember what spline the front shift is, is it honestly going to be a problem running 21 spline. i plan on steping up to a 38" or bigger tire in the future, and im not really a hammer down driver. what are the different trannys and how do i tell them apart? i appriciate the help and advice. im not new to wheeling but am kind of new to yotas and just would like to do it right the first time. im trying to keep the cost down as much as possible due to lack of funds and would like to use the **** i allready have if possible. oh ya and i already know that my spelling sucks so thanks for noticing. hopefully see you guys on the trails soon. me and a few wheelin buddys are heading to rim rock for labor day. ill be in a built green drab flatty, if you see us say hi. laters:beer:
