Toyot mirrors?

I need to get new mirrors for my truck. Does anybody know of a place to get these style of mirrors? I need a complete setup, the mount and mirror head!

I like these style of mirrors, everybody tries to talk me into the small little mirrors, but since driving a semi truck, I like big mirrors. My old nissan had the same style and I loved them! So, any information on where to get them would be awesome. So, thanks!

I saw some there one time and they were for Ford! If I get a universal setup they will need the hinge at one of the mounts!

These might line up with the same holes? They're close, but not the exact same. Looks like on yours the two mounting pads are closer together, and the arm is bent different. Beat to fit paint to match? Also note that the website shows chrome, but the part number says matte black...

EDIT: You can also enter year make and model on their website and they sell "custom fit" replacement mirrors. The pictures look NOTHING like the mirrors on a Toyota, but the description says it will be an exact replacement for the vehicle. Doesn't specify if its the type you have, or the smaller style. I think both were OEM at one point or another.
