Questions
How well do they hold up to getting beat on, are ther many ecm issues?

The rig I had with a 22re/aw4/d300 seemed to hold up fine. It had a RADesigns shifter setup behind the stock jeep shifter so it didn't have an tcm. The truck had a manual trans ecm in it iirc.

That truck is floating around mid tn somewhere.

The aw4's are pretty stout. Ive seen them in quite a few full bodied 1 ton rigs as well as a few buggies. You can also run a manual switch to control the trans. Id have to look around to find a writeup but tbere are several out there.

That is the current setup in my buggy that I am building 22rt/aw4/d300 heard many good things about it hope it works well. I also have the radesigns shifter and need to wire it up but the directions from their website on the wiring aren't very specific. Anyone know of a better write up?

I'm not a Dana 300 fan but they are stronger than any Toyota case why would you want to do that???

are you using the TCM?
