thanks nick for the reply i ant far from you if you are in dotson branch i live over about 6 miles from old hillham store

my yota rig is 114 wheel base stable at all angles in my eyes was on 38sxs now on 39 reds. you will break the front before the rear on yota axles.

thanks for the replys i guess i try 110 my buddie has his set at 120 with 44 inch tires and rocks i am afread its going to be hard to sterr strate axle rear i hurd the later rears on toyotas were stronger i relise if i run a 86 to 95 rear i would haft to run wheel spacers in frount

im just the opposite. ive broke bout 7 rears to 1 front.

Re:

You could also run a lc rear or tacoma rear but they hold up pretty good but your right at the limit

I always thought a 4.3 was too much motor for Yota axles? Especially with that big of a tire. A 4.3 with 39.5" tires sounds like ton axle territory to me.

Chad should chime in soon..

He has broke about half a dozen rear shafts with a 4.3

I have broke one with my 22r, oddly enough never a front

It is

A 4.3 auto single case and 4.10's hp front rcv's and a spool 8.4 rear chromo shafts and aftermarket housings should be ok on 39's! Ha but how much will that cost?

Bout the same as running a set of tons with 35 spline stub shaft upgrade...

I ran a 4.3, th350 and a toyota tcase doubler with 39" krawlers on fj80 axles, all stock with 4.10's. Broke 1 r&p gear set, 1 tcase gear set and 1 rear axle shaft.

Imo, anyone can over drive their parts. It's all about knowing the limits of your rig and yourself.
