Alrighty


New output is here and installed.


Couple notes on things I found.


Whole damn thing pretty much needs disassebly to get the output shaft out.  Not bad though.  Tools needed - 14mm, 12mm and whatever the output shaft nut is.  Some good snap ring pliers


then there is only 1 bearing that needs pressed off the shaft and reinstalled.  Problem is you have to pull it off by the outer race and not the inner cause I couldn't get a bearing seperator in there.  There is a spacer that is the diameter of the inner race so no luck there.  Bobby long himself assured me that it would be ok and it was it didn't take hardly anything to press the bearing off.


Press it off, press it back on new one and reverse the process for reassembly!  I got maybe 2-3hrs into pulling the cases, disassembly and reassembly.  Cases still have to go back in and be filled up though.
