Trail gear hydro assit on a toyota

85 4 runner, anyone had problems with marlin high steer and trail gear hydro assit, cylinder stroke is 6", center cylinder at 3" and Steer to left measure 1/8" from extended, to the right 9/16" from cylinder being collapsed, steering stops are withen a 1/16" of each other,
What am I missing and we have done search?
Fyi it is a PSC cylinder, we have moved **** in all directions, im stumped.
85 straight axle, ifs hub swap, has weird alignment trunnions in it not installed by us.

What is the question? Is it hitting the stops on the axle?

We finally got it, i was confusing myself ended up having to put a n 1 1/8" limit spacer in the cylinder. For some reason i was thinking a purchased kit was going to be direct bolt in.
