Tranny mount for AX-15

So, ive been wanting to actually make something for my jeep and my tranny mount is ****. So im curious about any info that someone might have on making one of these. I have access to all sorts of metals, tig and mig welders, cryo machines, lathe, and a bridgeport milling machine.

What it comes down to, Whats the best way to do it? Really the only issue i would have is the rubber really. No idea how they mate that to the metal.

I mounted my trans metal to metal with the cross member and the rubber piece came into play where she mounts to the frame. I did a simple DOM sleeve with bushing on each side of the frame with tab'd welded and bolted through.

My setup is a NP435 Trans but the idea should still work. Just figuring out how your going to route your overall cross member can be the thinkin end of it. If you need pictures I can get em' but its not to tricky. Hope this helps...
