I am building a street/trail jeep. Its got a Dana 44 front and Ford 9 rear. I have a Berger Warner 4401 transfer case. I'm looking to either put a 4L60E or 4L80E in it but am limited do to length. I'm trying to find out if that case will fit the 80 tranny. I will have to get a stand alone harness with the 80. If I got with a 60, I have to have a case and slip yoke eliminator so that the pair isn't over 46". What are some options I have other than a Dana 300. Thanks ahead of time.
